Promens MHP appoints UK distributor

Promens has appointed G.W. Containers & Equipment Ltd as their UK distributor for its range of Materials Handling Products. The owners of G.W.Containers are Graham and Gregg Witherington who have been selling Promens Saeplast products for a number of years, primarily to the fishing and meat sectors. "By adding the Materials Handling Products to our program we will be able to extend our activities to serve other segments in the food processing market as well" says Graham Witherington and he continues: "Promens MHP has developed some excellent new products for the food market and these have been introduced successfully to many companies on the continent. With the experience available at Promens MHP, we should be able to also achieve successes in our markets".

The newly developed products are the Hopper, a transport container for high viscous materials and powders in 1000 and 1800 litres and the Cruzer, a mobile 300 litres container for liquid food additives. These products have successfully been introduced to both companies supplying food ingredients in bulk to industrial and for internal use like storage and on dosing equipment.
Gregg Witherington is heavily involved with the UK introduction:" Currently we are adding the Promens MHP products to our new website and the Foodex exhibition in Birmingham will be the official launch, where we will be showing these products on our stand."

The Promens Materials Handling Products can be found at the G.W.Containers stand R025 at the FOODEX which will be held at the Birmingham NEC March 21-24th.
