Awards for excellent quality from the German Agricultural Society

Every year the DLG tests over 700 different cheese products form all over the world. Producers Independent experts scrutinise the sensory qualities of the products. These tests are supplemented by laboratory analyses. For example tests look at whether a cheese possesses the taste, odour and consistency typical for the variety.
