Stadtmitte - Schumacher is Düsseldorf's oldest brewery with its main building in Oststraße and a pub in Bolker Straße. The history of Schumacher "Alt" beer goes back to the year 1838. "Latzen" beer is part of this tradition, a strong beer with 5.3 % Vol.. This beer is only served every third Thursday in March, September and November.
